One note of caution for those who will use already minced meat instead of mincing everything in a food processor - Make sure to squeeze out all the water from the finely chopped onions or else the meat mixture will not stick to the skewers. I learned it the hard way and had to add flour to my mixture. Otherwise good recipe

This recipe is sooooo good, especially with garlic dip. Instead of cubes I've used mince directly and chopped everything into tiny pieces and added it to the mince. It was a little easier and yet soooo good. Would definitely recommend it

Used to work at an indian resteraunt/takeaway and i used to prepare the seehk kekab, very similar recipe and process, except for the ridiculous amount of red food colouring. Also, because the quantity was so much, we just put the whole thing through a meat grinder. Fun times.
