You are the Absolute Supreme Reality, which is prior to awareness and consciousness, being and non-being.

My father told me once, before he passed away, that he would give every penny he had ever made for one thing, ‘Peace of Mind’. He died of alcoholism. And to think, peace is free...our natural state. ❤️🙏🏼🌈

Thank you for these meditation videos, they are incredibly helpful and I always find myself returning to them when I get a little lost in the depths of ego and thought. You have such a soothing voice too, I bet you could calm a raging dragon down simply by talking to it. 😄

Phil, at 7:17 the photo of Ondrea and Stephen is touching and sweet. Thank you for including such lovely people. I had learned a great deal from them. And so much (of nothing) was seen through and fell away.

Resting in/as awareness seems foundational and very familiar to me as I inhabit this world of form. The Absolute out of which awareness manifests and exists is something less familiar, and not even recognizable as such. The final "step" from "here" to "there", (for lack of a better way of expressing it), and dissolving into the Absolute is illusive. I would like to try to describe what I feel is that step/nonstep into the Absolute that has happened to me just a few times, the last of which was maybe 20 years ago. After completing a meditation I laid down and rested and sort of "winked out" completely, and I'm not referring to sleep. This was something totally different than the very familiar experience of sleeping and waking back up into the familiar landscape of my particular world. I don't know exactly what triggered this but here's what happened afterward: There was a gradual "return" to manifestation that unfolded in several phases. The first phase was I (though I didn't recognize a sense of identity yet) didn't know where I was or even what I was. There was no idea if I was even a human, only that there was existence that could be sensed. Then came this idea that I WAS a human, but I didn't know if I was male or female. Then the concept of time returned, but I still didn't know if it was daytime or nighttime. The idea of being a male returned, but I didn't know my name. Then it came to me, my old familiar egoic identity returned, and when I realized what time it was (daytime) I was astonished to discover that about an hour of clock time had elapsed. I had no idea "where" I had been all that time. In those days I had heard the term "absolute" before, but it really had no meaning for me. But in reflecting back I can only conclude that that's what the "me" dissolved into and then returned from. It was very interesting and had me wondering how to "get back" there. Intellectually, I know it's never not here, but nonetheless, a desire to return has remained in the back of my mind ever since the last time it happened all those years ago. In listening to your videos and others that are reading from Nisargadatta's books I am sensing a seemingly letting go of even the most subtle sense of existence/Beingness/Amness as you mention the Absolute from which they arise. What I've noticed afterwards is a deepening of the already vibrant stillness/silence I experience while in activity. So I want to thank you for that.

Before even born in this world we are the self and neede to create the dual mind to be born !? And after beeing born we want to get back in the self , and listening to these words we dont need to do anything it will happend by itself. What would be the purpose to experience a reality wich isnt real , only whitin yourself the self is real and we are that before beeing born.
