In this video we find an old Chinese D9 diesel also known as D9 engine. This motor for plowing has not been used for many years. The device has rusted and a lot of dirt on the surface is no longer working. we worked very hard to restore and repair this D9 diesel engine and for many working days we have completely restored this D9 diesel engine and function properly.

Халтура ,знание двигателя нулевое,на уровне ютюба и заметок бабули куча тех проебов в таком плане как притирка клапанов и установка вкладышей новых на убитую посадку коленвала, не залил воду так как некуда лить часть радиатора отсутствует про то , что замки колец не развел это я вобще молчу,а масло в движгатель не залил , и пневмогайковертом башку затягивать мужык))) До кустарного Амазинша еще пыхтеть тебе и пыхтеть ,а востановление чистая показуха и фейк.

А то что там пол радиатора отгнило, их это по ходу, не смутило. Подшипник один надколот, замки колец не разведены, ну и плюс ко всему, момент впрыска никто и не думал проверять. В общем видео только для набора просмотров.

20:18 No oil there!! This area must be clean! after installing the bearing shell, you put oil on it!

Correct. You dont want to ENCOURAGE bearing failure. The correct tolerances are very small, and oil on the backside of the bearing shell will skew these tolerances, and make the bearing clearance tighter than it should be. If it were my engine, I would take it apart, and clean these surfaces off and reassemble it.

@@davelowets Didn't you see what oil he even put on the bearings? First rule is to not use old bearings especially in this case and most cases but even then he puts some damn thickness of cooking oil in bearings. It has to be thick like vaseline is, was horrible to watch the whole video.

@@thhtech Assembly lube does not HAVE to be as thick as Vaseline. There are thinner lubes used by professional engine builders all over the place. I myself prefer to use a thicker lube on a smaller engine like this because, (1) if the engine isn't started right away, the thinner lube can run out of the bearings after some time and leave the bearings without much on them, or (2) many small engines do not have a pressurized oiling system, and their is no way to prime the oiling system and it takes longer to get oil once it starts. On a larger engine like a car engine, with a pressurized system, it doesn't matter that much because you should be priming the oil system right before you start it and you will wash all the thick lube out anyway.
