This pruner is made in the USSR. I have exactly such a pruner, but it is much better preserved, only the plastic handles are just the same burned out and turned pale. The pruner is still in order and continues to be used Polished steel will rust quickly. Initially, the metal was blued. The handles are made of polypropylene, the paint will not be resistant, you need a special paint. Nevertheless - overall a good job.
