Just as wonky as when you started. Only restoration was to make it shiny, Far too many "fly by night" restoration guru's out there. The OG's are still the only ones that one can enjoy.

Many do a good job with an angle grinder, but don't spend time on getting out those marks that angle grinder leaves on the metal. Especially after polishing the metal, they become so visible.

Far from being a perfect metal underneath that rust. It was full of deep pitting. Rusty tools like that can be found everywhere nowadays. Either for free found in the trash, or for very cheap at the flea markets.
