Amazing work on that water pump shaft. I have one that is no longer made by Honda. How much would you charge for a 87 cr250 water pump shaft? No one in my town will even attempt that kind of work.

Solid carbide reamer? Garant tiain? Seems cut very well in hard shafts. I like your videos.

It is a standard reamer. Cleans the hole after a hard carbide drill.

What about the 1989 125/250cr with the single piece side cover on the pump side made of magnesium ? Have you run into one of those turds yet ? Talk about a total disaster lol .

The failure of the impeller shaft seals is often due to cavitation: long time at high rpm creates an air bubble that makes the seals work dry with consequent breakage. To avoid this, two holes are made in the mid-radius of the impeller to avoid cavitation
