I want to apprentice with Mr Electric. The man who taught me refrigeration was from Cuba and was the only person besides Mr Electric that could rewind an AC motor that I know of. Wish I'd paid more attention now!

You can easily find charts and formulas for rewinding motors online. But even if you can't, you can fudge the number of windings to something close and still have a working motor, albeit with altered characteristics. This is fine to do with things where a fixed RPM doesn't matter like fans, pumps, etc. Where it does matter is if you have an application where fixed motor RPM is expected, like in a projector or drill press. In such a case, you'll have to do calculations on how many windings are needed if you can't count the windings on the motor due to damage. Winding a motor by hand is a nightmare, but you can get the winding setup he has on Ebay for about $30. www.ebay.com/itm/283180570553

aerator ah I get it for a pond nice video I was puzzled by air bubble generator I thought it was some type of party trick to make soap bubbles now I see it's purpose to oxygenate water for fish.
