Alot of very nice looking machines at this auction. Neat to see a Leader, the Leader club was at Rough and Tumble Threshermans reunion a few years ago as the feature tractor, it was neat to see a few in person

Excellent video Gino :) also nice Auction Sale & think going have excellent prices on this one too and nice tractors to ! Do ever see Gino on old 1940 to 1960 gas or desiel tractors with 5 ribs on steers fronts tires plus back 2 wheel drive tractors tires with all tires called Farm Hand brands ? Why ask my dad also his brother my uncle had them on 1950 Cockshutt 40 gas motor all four tires , 1963 McCormick International B414 Loader tractor Desiel motor all 4 tires , 1968 International 624 Desiel motor on back wheels in 1980 to 1994 when notice them ! But Cockshutt 40 had till sold tractor in 1993 ! But 1994 when Dad and uncle uodates tractors with new tires ! Not sure what years when Farm Hand out for and I check on Internet nothing about them at all ! Only thing I would say maybe in 1970 and Firestone company made them ! But were good tires made super well and hard rubber made last on miles and hours ! On grip plus brake power they did well ! Guy change tires at local vechiles shop change to Good Year after I ask him he didn't know about but thought 1970 when and might been a Firestone brand he said must been a good brand last for year! Thought as you may seen before or famillies did and used them to in your farm years!

Nice Chrome stacks, you know how they are always turned to exit the exhaust off to the side of the tractor, just the same way a person should with your raincap.

So much to do. If you only had all the time in the world. I wonder if there is a cure for people with "Farmall Fanatic Addiction". I hope not. If isn't red, leave it in the shed. The 60 x 100 shed I mentioned before is starting to look small. Keep those videos coming. Even if you don't buy it is fun to watch.
@FarmallFanatic8 ай бұрын
I'm actually thinking about smaller sheds...so I don't have to move fifteen pieces of equipment just to get to one in the back

That 656 is nice! Gas, but not Hydro. A gas Hydro would be a great loader tractor, especially for snow work. Although a gear trans wouldn't be so bad either.

What a nice auction! The A was a Super A with touch control. I wonder if it's a white one as it seems like there was a little bit of white coming through on the grille. It would be one of the first 1950s if it was a 1950. I'm also wondering if the Cub with the loader is coming home with you. That W-9 is early, probably with some later parts added to it. I can tell it is early because the front of the frame by the crank hole has no additional holes. Later W-9s have six holes tapped holes near the crank hole and on the sides at the front this tractor has 2 tapped holes on each sides (where the headlight original headlight brackets were) and the later ones have 4. In 1945, on the 9s, the headlights were moved to the top of the grille (That was done later on the W-4 and W-6). I believe this tractor is earlier than that, but it won't be any later. Certainly the IH McCormick decals are incorrect, as this one should be McCormick-Deering. But it's still a beautiful tractor. I sure wouldn't be ashamed of it, and all of the updates they put on this tractor were for the better. I first thought the 544 was a goldy too, and it may have well been originally. The tractor I liked the best with just a glance was the Stage 1 Super H. It looked decent to me.

If you were looking for a chisel for the 826, Id try to find either a 5 shank soil saver or a 10 shank 3 point with no disks. I have a 9 shank I pull with my 856 and with duals, turbo, fluid in inner rears and turned up to 147 pto horsepower (prolly 120 ish to the ground) it will still spin out sometimes and I pretty much have a four inch cone of fire coming out of the stack the whole time its working.
@FarmallFanatic8 ай бұрын
I think seven shanks with no disks and i'm in

@@FarmallFanatic I suppose wont know until you try it. A lot depends on the points that are on the plow too. Some Ive seen have just regular twist shovels, mine has like a second part that bolts on and then a point and shovel bolt to that. Previous owner pulled it with his 8940 Boxcar Magnum, so Im just impressed my 8 can pull it.

Hey Farm Fan you might need to see your doctor about that recurring Farmall Fever. He might be able to prescribe you something. A very effective prescription would be to buy that Cub then sell the one that is not the best of the three you already have.
