Good job George. Your right on templates. I started out clamping three boards over edges but had the two extra noses on bottom corners. I have made three templates and that is the cat's meow. Keep going forward. Rog

👍Once again you've done a great job, George! Those box sheaths are my preferred way of carrying my folding knives. I've made one for each folder I carry.

Nice work, george. Turned out good. I recently made my first wet molded belt sheath for a buck 110 auto. First time stamping and wet molding nice veg tan leather. I made a custom mold out of some scrap wood, it turned out nice. I need to get a custom makers mark stamp made next. I also made a pocket slip for a SAK out of the same leather. Would love to hear what you think of the projects. They're on my channel if you are interested. Have a good day, cheers.

My advice is, try using more of the knife's edge instead of working just the tip. Start the cut from the outside edge toward the interior. I would drill a small hole where I wanted the slice to end. Ulu shaped leather knives are often used in other videos I have seen. Thanks for the longer video, I enjoy the detailed explanations of dying and leather work. Merry looked a bit tired, they usually lie around 16 hrs. in my house, I don't get 8 hrs. straight!
