In this episode, I am going to talk about living from a place of trust. There are really two places we can live from, fear and trust. OCD & Anxiety keeps you living from a place of fear. In this episode, I am going to offer a personal example from my own life of what I believe it means to live from trust. Enjoy the show.

I'm someone who has let fear control most of my adult life. The result, in hindsight, are too many lost opportunities and connections that could have been enjoyed and made. Perhaps I am now living a life of regret. However, I'm still alive and my life isn't over and as long as I have breath in my lungs I still have a second chance. Thank you for sharing this.

hi, first of all thanks for the content because your erp videos has helped me alot, i have been doing erp for my harm ocd for 2 months and it has worked well, but i dont know why when i moved from watching a scary scene from it 2 (the part when pennywise eats a kid) to something more triggering like watching videos about serial killers i stared to feel a lot of stress and that feeling of burnig across my body but the tipical thoghts of "oh no you cant like this" or " oh no your gonna become this" didnt get stuck in my head, i have no thoughts (not even getting ansious by not feeling ansious). i didnt got that feeling before , and now i have that feeling of burning all day long. I thought that i was scared of being that, i tried saying "oh i would love to be that" (like i've been doing in the past 2 months) and as i mention it doesnt get stuck anymore the thought of "oh no ypur gonna become this" (i know because when i have anxiety i hyperventilate). can you please help me?? thank you for reading me :). (Im from a small city in mexico and there arent any ocd specialist in my area so youtube and social media are my only source of information 😢😢

Thank you so much for sharing this. This concept has been changing my life but I think is pretty stigmatized in the mental health field
