Well your not the first when i did mine I used a 95 so there was no springs because it was 4x4. I think Im going to just build a new frame from scratch. Good luck I loved watching you guys. Thankyou for doing what you do.

Just found your channel last Friday, and I've gone back and watched all the video's you have on this '41 Ford. Liked and sub'd, too! I have just purchased (about 6 weeks ago) a '41 Ford of my own with the intention of doing something very similar to your project. Mine will be going onto a Nissan Patrol base. Although, Australian laws on vehicle mods are a lot more strict, I still find it very informative to see how other people go about doing this kind of work. So, thank you for posting!! If you're interested in seeing me get the ol' flathead running, have a look at my last video. Thank you again, I'm loving this 'build'!! 🙂 Also, in my humble opinion, go for the 'lifted' look! I’ve already done a Cummins swap on the ‘47 Chevy that’s in our garage, duramax’s are awesome, I’ve owned 5-6 of them, but they’re expensive, for what we’re doing, and I haven’t seen a Powerstroke in a truck earlier than 48-49 so we thought it’d be cool to be the first to do it.

Well,…it’s a ford motor in a ford truck. And, I’ve already got a 47 Chevy with a Cummins in it, anybody can do that, no one has done a 41 Ford with a 7.3. Also, I’ve owned 8 7.3 trucks over the years and am very familiar with them. Lastly,….because I thought the challenge would be satisfying if we could pull it off. Thanks for watching.

Thanks Michael. I hear you on the weekly uploads. We tried that when we first started the channel and it’s just not something we can do right now. I serve full-time with an international ministry and K8lynn is playing every sport offered at her school.
