I thought you were going to have a hard time stuffing a radiator in the front. There's not much room up there in the needle nose to put a radiator along with the intercooler. Keep up the good work and forge onward!
@Xthreadgarage3 сағат бұрын
Should have paid closer attention to the pics you sent me of your fire truck.
@TheLangko2 сағат бұрын
@ There just isn’t enough room in the front for a radiator large enough to handle a 7.3 Powerstroke let alone the intercooler. I noticed that you’ve got your cab mounted about 3/4 of an inch further forward than mine but that’s not enough to make a difference. I’m sure that it won’t be the last challenge to overcome before you drive it down the street. FORGE ONWARD AND UPWARD!!!!

Commercial Aircraft salvage yards. There are a couple around the country. There is one in the midwest. They make a lot of tables and bars and stuff from retired aircraft parts.

Cool truck, cool story and what a cool daughter that wants to learn about working on trucks. Only now 1 other girl that learned was my wife. Her dad taught her how to do maintenance. Changing oil, filter, checking tire pressure and it was a stick 4speed. She does hate after 40 years being married together she still hates bleeding and pumping brakes. One in a million

Good video I’ve been researching the mig 200. You provided more useful information than other reviews. If I were to win the welder. I would use it to learn new welding processes and learn more useful machine set up skills.

First guy isn't a mechanic cause everything is neat and clean, the second one is the mechanic cause it's chaos 😂
@Xthreadgarage5 күн бұрын
The first guy is installing a trans he rebuilt behind a 426 Hemi Max Wedge he also built and stuffed in that old Coronet. He’s also the owner and driver of the HemiXpress wheel-stander built by Bob Riggle (Hemi Under Glass).

He’s also completely OCD and told me today he wished I’d taken that video when the garage was clean 😂

@Xthreadgarage he sounds like a cool guy especially rebuilding a 426 max wedge. I could learn a few things from him on organization to lol

I want to say that it is wonderful that your Daughter and you have such a close relationship and share your father-daughter time with all of us. Keep them coming. I do think that it would have been great to have completed the truck by her birthday, but the better gift is what you give regularly. Your love, time and knowledge these will be what she cherishes for ever.
