Every knife of cleaver I've seen you restore, you've made circular handles! I'm perplexed as nearly all knives have either oval or rounded rectangle cross sections to stop them twisting dangerously in the hand, the epoxy joint also wouldn't really last. It was however a great watch with some interesting techniques and the end result was lovely 👌

You really shouldn't be doing fractal burning. I know it looks good, but it can be extremely dangerous. Even with "proper" equipment, people have gotten seriously hurt.

I'd like to think I know a fair amount of things, but admittedly I'm unfamiliar with fractal burning in general and it's dangerous nature. Lucky for me I strive to learn something new every day and he we are at 7:30 in the morning and I've been educated. This might actually be a good day. Absolutely great work my friend. I stand corrected. I do know what fractal burning is, I've seen it more than a few times. I just didn't know what it was called.

I can tell you how to make metal etching even easier. Take a five percent alcohol solution of iodine and apply it to the metal in the same way. The color will be even deeper.
