I think you were smart to get rid of that addition. Looks like it was a converted porch as it had no real foundation. And that's a huge roof to get done in one day. You are right to let someone else do it!

Yeah, I’ve done a good amount of roofing and it’s by far my least favorite construction activity lol. The porch will look nice in place of the addition. Thanks for watching!

Good to know what you're roofing cost were, think my building is smaller but the mansard roof could add cost so probably similar cost. Wasnt sure if I heard anything about washer/dryer hook ups in the unit. If you have the space I'd consider looking at the cost to add hook ups

Yeah, from my research they seem like a good company so that’s always a plus. Luckily both units already have washer/dryer hookup already installed. Thanks for watching!
