Half a century ago, I lived in a cabin in the Colorado mountains of the American west. Your lovely place reminded me of that one - heated with fire, beautiful views, and about the same temperature in April.

I love your "happy dance"! I take it that you learned traditional (Bulgarian?) folk dancing in school? Believe it or not when we (American children) were taught in school in the 50's & early 60's we learned traditional American & some European folk dancing. That was before rock 'n roll ran rough-shod over our pre-existing culture(s). The Virginia Reel (kind of like 'Contra-dancing), square dancing & Irish dancing, the waltz, polka, etc. I learned Eastern European "Line-dancing' or 'Open-Circle' dancing in high-school and college. It is good to keep those traditions alive! You have a beautiful land, and house and wife. May 'Fortuna' smile on you both! ~Tara (Kindlydude's wife)

Oh, it's lovely. The views are amazing! If you want fruit trees, and know where you want to plant them, I would put them in now, because they take a long time to grow. The advantage of the warmer weather would mean a good headstart. I am in Australia, so ask a gardener in your town for better advice.

Thank you for your comment 🙏 we have some trees… plum, cherry, walnut and maybe pear but they have been overgrown. Before we plant anything new there is a lot of work to be done on the soil… the locals are all saying to bring a digger in… let’s see!

I didn’t see much wirk. A couple of limbs sawed off. A few nails out. And man held saw in one hand and picked up one twig at a time with the other to throw in ladies pile. It’s is a beaut setting but at your rate if wirk it will be a couple years when you move in I think. So different from other countries showing restoring a home
