Sir I have a question If a PS3 slim shuts off immediately i have to check the resistor the faulty resistor will show value in mega ohms ? Or will I have to reflow the cpu ? Thanks in advance Edit : I wanted to add it will turn on sometimes for a day or two and then symptoms reappear URAT IS SHOWING 3034 which is a bga issue

I don't think there is any resistance in the GPU area even in Mega ohms.

Hi Sir, I followed all the steps you outlined because we have same motherboard ver 001, except for using the oscilloscope since I don't have one. All the resistors matched the values in ohms as mentioned in the video, but I'm still encountering the same issue. The syscon error log only shows error code 1701. What do you suggest could be the problem?

If it is a problem with the YLOD, then you have checked everything, then have you replaced the NEC tokin capacitors that are there or should you add them first and see. It is possible that your problem will be solved by this because if everything is fine, the voltage and the outputs of the secondary power supplies are all fine, then the issue may be with the NEC token capacitor.
