This video i show you the new project for the channel its a Ford fiesta s1600
limited addiction 1/500 made by ford motorsport the more powerful 132 bhp model with the st body kit this car needs a complete front end change and a dash change with air bags and i also give a update on the mini

Nice to see you back with another project purchase mate, and I bet it was really reassuring knowing that it runs when you attempted that first start on the day you got it :) The engine in question to me looks like the 1.6 Zetec that has been part of Ford's petrol engine lineup for many years, it's NA so no turbo and usually only around 100bhp in other models but in this instance has been tuned to 132bhp for this limited edition. Keep up the content mate & looking forward to the future updates.

The Obd port is in the passenger footwell in a compartment covered by a plastic plug

Nice new project. Yay one with no engine issues. It a shame about the mini, I would have been interested if I didn’t have my current project on the go. OBD like others said has been relocated which is the norm with these nowadays. It worth shining a torch into the port as normally the OBD has just been tuck away or you will find an extension lead from the original OBD going to somewhere else possibly the centre console.

Nice buy mark, when you get the v5 you can use the reference number to search into the mot history a bit more,I done this with a focus last owner had services and mot done at same time with a few different fast fit places,so few phones call later =full history for me 👍

Hi mate thanks definitely going to try and look into the history on the car the OBD port has a locked box over it so need to try and get the keys from the old owner and the wheel locking nut key is missing

Resurwreck Autos UK I’ve just today ordered a new locking key from mcgard in Germany for a fiesta I’m doing I usually just smash them off ,all you do is send them a picture of bolt,logbook and your ID,cost is 16quid and takes a week

I'm told they made 650 of the blue ones and 550 of the white ones but that is not verified, just what I've been told..

Hi pal, great next project. They sell a headlight lug repair kit so you might save one light. Hunt round for a complete slam panel with rads intact. The front bumper looks same as the early ST. Cant wait to see this finished. As for the OBD, it has had a OBD relocation kit fitted to stop it being nicked. Thief's can start them Fords through the OBD port. Mick

@@ResurwreckAutosUK owner should be on the log book when you get it. See if they are on Face Book and send them a message. Dash board removal is tedious but pretty easy, remove all vents and plastic covers and screws are behind there. Dont forget to remove the battery before you start so you dont short any circuits. You will then need a ford scanner to remove fault codes and reset airbags. I watched a vid a few week back about dash removal, I will put the guys channel name on here if I can find it. I've done a few but never did a video. Photo everything so you remember where bits fit. Good luck mate Mick

9/10 if the Passenger airbag has gone off it will have put the screen out.is the engine sitting straight looks pushed further back under battery
