If you take resveratrol… did you know resveratrol works differently in your body depending on how much you take every day?
If you’re not careful about how you take resveratrol, you may achieve completely different benefits from the ones you intended!
I couldn’t believe it either until I saw it too. And it is one of resveratrol’s biggest secrets.
And it’s kept within its polyphenol family. Which includes fisetin, quercetin, pterostilbene, and others.
Today, we’ll hear Dr. David Sinclair explaining a mechanism that helps to stay younger for much longer. This mechanism is critical to deciphering how resveratrol works and what it does inside our bodies.
You will clearly see what these powerful molecules do to our bodies and even to our DNA after we take them.
We’ll answer the following questions:
1. If, in Sinclair’s study, the small dose resveratrol lived longer in both groups, why this sudden change of impact when going to high resveratrol?
2. What does resveratrol do to cancer cells?
Is resveratrol a good supplement to kill cancer?
Let’s continue with our investigation.

I absolutely love the way you break down and compare different data and opinions. Watched several of your videos and this has helped me sort through why there's conflicting studies and information. Can you do something like this for NMN?

I posted an earlier question and then I realised you'd actually answered it in the video. The perils of trying to absorb science stuff whilst multi tasking. Anyhow, fantastic info as always and I'm adjusting my protocols accordingly.

Love it, thanks! I'm eyeballing 50-100mg resveratrol every other day, 500mg quercetin on the alternate days, was taking 200mg fisetin once month but after this episode, I think I'll change that to quarterly until maybe my mid fifties, I'm now 47.
