I’ve met a 72 year old patient in the hospital that looked like he was in his later 20’s, early 30’s. I’ve never seen a person look that much younger than they really are. I was so shocked.

61 here! I still surf everyday on the same beach I grew up on. I play with my dogs spend time with my 5 daughter's and enjoy this journey with my best friend and wife of 31 years! I'm not afraid if getting older as the life I've lived is more then a gift. Living a good life here! My advice to younger generation is enjoy the moments and treat yourself well. We only get one shot at this time here on this big rock, make the most of it. Oh, and tell the ones you love the most how much you love them regularly ❤️

This man doesn't look in his 50th in any case, he looks in his late sixties. Also it depends on comparison, because if you compare it to such countries as Syria or Afghanistan or else maybe he could be in his fifties. But this man lives good life in a very advanced county. That's all.

I'm 70. For me, time felt slower when I was young. When you're living your 20's you have a long life ahead. Nothing can touch you. Today time seems to go by so quickly. My 60's came and went and it's a bit scary now knowing I may only have another 15 years or so. Regardless, there's no substitute for staying busy and active.

I'm 58, so mot old old, nut I worked really hard in my 20s and early 30s and I'm glad I did I had the energy for it, I liked my work and it set me up to retire early and enjoy life. Its unfashionable to say it, but it's easier to be without money when you are younger than whe you are older.

I'm 60 and the most important thing is forget 'stuff" . In the end gaining things like car, house, etc means nothing. Just enjoy life. Take as many vacations as you can and spend your cash. Don't die leaving cash.
