Trust me, just do it and you got this. Buy sea moss for starters. It changed my life and it will change yours. It helped with depression, my energy levels, brain functioning, joint pain, and I can now breathe out my nose. I used to mouth breathe all night and now my sleep quality is insane. Also take some form of collagen, it's good for healthy skin. You can transform within a few months. Whatever you do, STAY consistent.

Plant-based diet and sense of community can go out the window. Being cheeky with the sense of community one, but it all varies from person to person with the plant-based diet thing. For some like myself, it's a killer. I try to eat about 80% meat, and most of that is steak. It's helped me out with my arthritis, and my low serotonin levels/depression.
