I was reading on Mexperience yesterday that some offices are restricting the card to Mexican citizens. www.mexperience.com/inapam-program-foreign-residents/

Wow. I never heard that. When I got my card there was a Mexican lady that was denied due to the photo size. Thanx for the comment.😎MM
