Nope that's not true I lived in LA back in the 90s for five years Strong Beach and Slauson Budlong border - I knew a pimp who'd worked with his sister and friend in Louisiana back in the early 70s He use to say beating up or abusing his girls was like a store manager smashing up his goods on purpose - these dudes are old skool hustler pimps ....
