I always assumed OCP would get sick of his non-compliance with their policies so OCP would try to decommission him, but someone would save his brain and clone his body. Murphy then would have the body of a middle aged man while his own son would be a senior citizen and his wife deceased. He would struggle with losing years and not even being allowed to be a cop anymore.
@TheAtomicTexan Жыл бұрын
I just found this video, I always wanted retired robocop to get an "upgrade" where his cybernetics where replaced with experimental technology giving him back his arms/hands and legs/feet. using new chips in his brain where he could feel with them and use them as he would before he became robocop. Pretty much getting his life back. The New technology also replaced the metal cover on the back of his head with realistic fake skin & hair. He would look and feel like a regular human but he maintained his strength and skills. if anything this new technology made him stronger. just something I always thought about.
@mk_wizard Жыл бұрын
Actually, it has been confirmed that Murphy's organic parts still age at the same pace as a human's and despite what we think, he actually has LESS time in his life than a fully organic human does with the cybernetic parts he has because while they're keeping him alive, the star that burns the brightest burns out the fastest. In other words, it takes a lot out of his organic parts to stay alive. Chances are, he's not going to live passed 80. It's still pretty long because he is healthy and always took care of himself when he was human but still, he got cheated out of 20 years.

Actually the idea of RoboCop decommissioned would be a perfect set-up for a soft reboot/legacy sequel movie. Have someone else take over the role. Another mortally injured officer rebuilt as a cyborg.

@@drakethesnek6429 Your comment reminded me of the inventor and author of 'Sex and the City'. She chose to live a lifestyle similar to that of those vapid bimbos from the tv show, full of glamour, parties and social events. Today, she is very open about how lonely and bitter she is nowadays, without a husband and partner and without any children and that she would make very different choices and live a very different life if she had the chance. Which is what many, many woman have to realise once they've hit the wall and the vapid partylife is over. That all the glamour and your career won't hold you and keep you warm in those long, cold winter nights, when you are old and grey and full of sleep.

So if a woman wants to stay home and be a wife and a mother, that's the patriarchy? Are you kidding me😂
@cameronholt4431 Жыл бұрын
I think it’s less about if a woman wants to stay home and be a wife and mother versus a woman being expected or forced to be home and a wife and a mother the way it was worded it was if the woman should have no choice in the matter that was being contributed to the patriarchy because most of the women that stand against the patriarchy believe that all men but especially men in power believe a woman should be subservient and beneath them and a woman holding a job and being treated as an equal is enraging to them because they are just that fragile in their sense what makes them a man which is where toxic masculinity comes into play and so on and so forth this has been me mansplaining feminism combating patriarchy in comics thank you for listening to me babble on in my TED talk

Buddy, I'm sure you've noticed that this type of foolishness pops everywhere in just about everything, especially where entertainment is concerned. What makes it even worse and unbearable is that it's usually shoe horned in, into the most weird and unnatural places. I call it the public service wokeness.
