A couple notes: 1. Cataclysmic is definitely not the play if the fight doesn’t last at least 5 minutes. A lot of these heroic bosses week 1 are getting destroyed. The same for pocket anvil. 2. M+ I think you’re using double on use - storm’s boon/ ashes or fyrakk’s rage heart for high tyrannical 3. Grieftorch is better than hoof in all situations if you’re in prog. It also provides damage to totems (first boss tree in AA, Azure Vault last boss, Brackenhide, totem on uldaman second boss, and so on). 4. The cloak is extreme bait for paladin in my opinion. I would buy almost anything else first. 5. The necklace is troll. You’re the tankiest class in the game. Get your trinkets and cantrip rings. For instance, our stats are so inflated that mastery is actually simming higher than crit/vers atm because I am going into 20% DR. If I wanted a defensive item I would buy the Diurna ring. I personally plan on buying Lego>eggnog ring>trinket.

best in slot sims is now anvil and brand all the sims i've done said that for everything whether i simed for mythic or raid. holding out is a pretty good idea.for the work we had to put in i would.

I love pocket Anvil. I thought this trinket was stellar long before the sims came out and said it was bis. I still remember before Abberus every had counted it out. But love it lined up with our cd's, and I just loved what it did. signet though I hate this trinket, because like you said it relies on longer fights. In shorter fights its crap. If I loot a signet i'll use it, but I think instead i'm going to go for Augury, or Beacon of the Beyonder. I found Augury on Ret to be really reliable on its damage, on its aoe/cleave damage, and Beacon. L.F.G. this was a BAMF trinket.

Had an interesting week for vault. Have 522 iridous fragment, 522 tier shoulder or 515 spiteful storm to choose from., Got anvil, ashen, boon, hoof. Its killing me lol. I went with legendary upgrade with my first bullions, the weekly dungeon quest I got anvil and this week I got the ring from bullions. Next week I was thinking of either cape or another trinket.

I would go for wep then trinkets. Trinkets will always give the best results :)

Imo mastery isn't that bad. Remember that all stat start getting diminishing returns and other stats start to pick up more value. ALWAYS SIMS for what type of fight you are doing to determine what is best.

Hey guys any update on everyone latest bullion pickup’s. I went with weapon upgrade, both rings, cloak, was thinking of going with either neck or grieftorch. I already have most of the latest and greatest trinkets ashen, primal flame, anvil, boon, hoof, iridieus fragmen, cataclysmic signet brand And many more.

Yeah we are at the point now where the bullion is just filling in holes we might have. If you are raiding grieftorch is probably a really good option. (it can be good in M+ too for prio) I've sadly been using bullion to upgrade heroic track trinkets and get 6 extra ilevel on them via the bullion system lol. What a waste of flight stones though.

I could not get the legendary axe in season 3 (only person in my guild not lucky) and don’t really have the ability to farm it on heroic. Would you use bullion to just get the weapon with the cantrip from season 2?

To quickly gear if I’m already s3 max level 489 should I do heroic raid or spam m 10’s? Keep up the ret content

clear heroic raid to try and loot tier pieces, raid rings and trinkets and then spam m8s-10s to fill vault with myth track options and grind crests/gear. Need to kind of do both, raid especially cause thats the only source of the ancient bullion. Could also clear normal raid for more chances at tier/raid items

Yes, radiant is Fire + Holy. So if something says holy it counts for that, and if something says fire it counts as that.

@@loganjohnson1652 You definitely don't need to worry as much about embellishments for M+. The crafted legs are really the best bet there. Fragment and Ashes would be the go to for M+ if it's all more or less the same ilevel. Anvil CAN be good in M+ but it requires your group to stay in combat so you never lose your stacks.

when it comes to spend the builons, let‘s say you aim for anvil and you don‘t want to buy it. the fact that you only can get it every third ID it could take us a while to get the anvil. shouldn‘t we aim to buy the items first that increases our dps the most?
