Do you know if coaches develop a trait if you keep them on your staff/level them up or do you need to grab a guy of the coach list who already has one?

Coaches can’t develop traits as far as I know of. They can level up and gain star levels though

I’ve got two questions about the talent spotter if you can answer them. First of all, if you fire the talent spotter does the players potential go back down or will it stay? And second of all, if you have a talent spotter and you pick up a new player, will the new player get a boost on its potential as well?

For those wondering I got a talent spotter with an all 5 star team. It did not impact stats at all. So don't waste your credits on this.

They need to make this game I literally benched all my key players for the entire season so I would have the lowest stats possible and I still went I defeated d throughout the entire season and won the retro bowl. The game is just to easy

At extreme difficulty? Pretty sure you talk about year 2 with max dynamic 9.

There’s 5 different difficulties: Easy, Medium, Dynamic, Hard, and Extreme. If you play on Extreme, it’s almost impossible to go 16-0

Is it possible for a talent spotter to be available when you already have one? Trying to get a talent spotter OC because I have like five guys who are 4 1/2 stars. My current OC is a talent spotter so I think that may have something to do with me not getting an talent spotter OC’s available for hire.

I honestly got pretty lucky finding a couple mobile games. First was MLB Perfect Inning, where I was the most consistent creator for that game. Then, it was Retro Bowl - I found the game within a week or two of its release.
