Some good shenanigans here, lol. Is PD3 worth it for someone who's never played a Payday game?

Personally, I'd hold off on picking up PD3 until they add enough content to make the game more complete, or if it's on sale. I'd recommend picking up PD2, however. It's a lot buggier than 3, but it's got a hell of a lot more going for it than 3 at the moment.
