You were able to just drive there from Leslie gulch road where it ends at the revisor!

It depends on how high the water level is. Sometimes the river/reservoir is low enough you can drive to the hot springs.

My wife and I canoed into Echo Hot Springs back when it was called Hot Spring #2 in the early 90's for a night. Was just a mud puddle back then. The lake was near full capacity back then. Just up that road another mile or two is the old Watson Cemetery. It is above the high water line and like the hot spring is only accessible by vehicle at low water levels, which often can be years. Thanks for taking us along on the adventure. I will have some video on my channel of this area in a month or so. George.

I can imagine that the hot spring wasn't nearly as nice before the concrete basin was built. I'll definitely plan to check out the Watson Cemetery and surrounding area on my next trip out there. Thanks.
