I have full on Michael Jackson vitiligo and I fucking hate how most games do it. In most games they'll just have a bunch of pure white spots thrown onto the character like a painter just took a paint brush are flickted a bunch of white paint all over a canvas. Vitiligo isnt just "white" its no pigment in the skin, so it can red red like a tomarto at times lol, I feel like its just a make your character look silly button. One problem I've noticed with games, specifically shooters, is that a lot of them don't know when they're better off not giving enemies health bars. Not every shooter needs these RPG elements like Fallout where an enemy can take multiple shots to the face. People liked Saints Row as an alternate GTA game, where it's fun to cause chaos, so it's more fun if a normal person dies from a realistic amount of bullets (1 to the head, or 2 to 3 in the chest).
