Great stuff! Well done with everything! I think your listeners (I would) be interested to hear your learnings now you work in the industry. How can your learnings help us or someone that might think about doing what you have do re career change in the watch industry. Has it made you a better watch maker? What tips have you got for us! Also, how will the spacer in the movement help reduce shock to the watch movement? Looking forward to the next ep.

Hey Boyd. All good questions. It has made me a better watchmaker in some respects, although since it's service I do not fabricate anything. In terms of attention to detail and cleanliness, it has been good for me. I will try to think of things to say about how I made the transition for a future episode. Re the spacer, I am going to try to make it (or have it made) out of extruded rubber or silicone, so it will be squishy.
