Well it wouldn’t have been because Kyle was in the car. We still are very weary and cognizant of the fact that Jamaica is still a predominantly homophobic country so we limit any major affection to when we’re in private. Christmas definitely wouldn’t have been the same though if we didn’t spend it together 😊

Hey there! Well Jamaica definitely has come a far way in terms of how it treats persons of the LGBTQ community but like with any developing country you should still take caution of your surroundings. Being in tourist areas of the island (namely Mobay, negril and Ocho rios) are much more accommodating and it’s always best to have transportation whether by way of car rental or an arranged driver. We hope this helps!
