i have a 21 turbo the same exact blow off valve and everything. got the tube plugged but it still doesn’t make the pshhh sound.... am i doing something wrong?

You have to take the hose off the bottem of the bov and plug the hose with something so nothing gets in there at all and just like that your vented to the atmosphere
