I think she did a great job of highlighting the top areas. There are other neighborhoods that are right on the edge of making this list but this is a solid list.

This was excellent. Baltimore City has some of the best architectural home and building designs dating back before the Civil War. Some homes in Baltimore go back to the 1700’s. The influences of the wealthy Lords of England and wealthy German businessman has left a footprint statewide of how the early generations once lived, The communities outside of Homewood Johns Hopkins University and Loyola College is a taste of how both Catholics and Protestants influenced Baltimore City to be a City of neighborhoods,

Those homes for rent are mad cheap compare to counties like Howard , PG and Montgomery. Most good one bedroom rooms start in the $1800s plus and most homes range from mid $400s to mid $700s . This is the norm . Most counties don’t offer $1300 for rent unless it’s in a low income area or a special with a person renting out their basement or room not house.

The homes in Baltimore are overpriced I'm not making the kind of money he got home from 90,000 to 80000 close to a million and your paycheck the salary a year I said 75,000 a year to to 120,000 I'll tell you I didn't think so not look too good yeah I think about the property tax there in Baltimore County plus the insurance

I don't get why people say something is overpriced if other people are actually buying. Maybe it's more than you want to pay, but as long as sellers are getting what they ask for then the pricing is right.
