@@ShivamGupta-oi4ee i understand BPO doesn't have any growth in today's time due to technology advancements. U have already wasted your 3-4 years which u could have utilized by learning the right skill on the basis of interest and then u could have joined IT. After 2 years u have switched to product based company with good hike. If u don't have knowledge or interest in coding then you can opt for data analyst role. Data in today's time is most crucial. U will know how to segregate data and visualize. Should know basic to advanced excel, Power BI and python. Make sure to make your own projects related to data analyst before you create the resume. The recruiter must know how badly you want this role through your project.
