4:50 i love when you relate the material to your own life. You really seem very out together,so knowing that even you struggle woth procrastinate and why, helps me remove the negaitve associations and learn the function of the behavior, to change it

This video is so wonderful to uncover the other reasons I might procrastinate while dealing with adhd besides the standard "it's too repetitive, it's too boring, there are too many steps and it's overwhelming" that the internet loves to say over and over again. I've always felt lesser than because people don't seem to procrastinate as bad as me cuz they don't have as many problems as I do. If I know the reasons why I can tackle the lesser known ones as well and try to get my self esteem back and learn to love myself for the first time in my 30s.

This fear can manifest in various ways and may have several underlying causes: 1. Self-Doubt: Some people fear success because they doubt their abilities or feel unworthy of the achievements they are about to attain. They may worry about being an imposter or not living up to the expectations associated with success. 2. Fear of Change: Success often brings change, and some individuals are uncomfortable with change, even if it's positive. They may fear the unknown or worry about how success will alter their lives. 3. Pressure to Maintain Success: Achieving success can come with the pressure to maintain it, which can be overwhelming. People might fear that they won't be able to sustain their accomplishments or that they will be judged if they fail to do so. 4. Additionally, practicing self-compassion, setting realistic expectations, and gradually exposing oneself to success-related situations can help individuals become more comfortable with achieving their goals and embracing success when it comes.
