Hey, im rather new and want to get this precon as well. Is it possible to Upgrade the Landbase for Like 20€?

Absolutely. The landbase is hella skewered. I removed two basic land - island for two basic land - swamp. Then I took out Temple of the false God, because of the 5 lands minimum requirement. I don't have a ton of extra cards lying around, but switched it with Evolving Wilds...for now.
