Revenge Match Grinder (+First Endless!) - HoloCure - Session 6

Just a chill session of HoloCure this time!
Playing all the previous characters I've tried before, so nothing too special to see here!
(And of course I forgot about Fubuki, oops! She'll be in the next revenge session.)
And speaking of next sessions... I played another part tonight but the session for the new update will have to wait until the 16th for me, so keep an eye out on the playlist if you want to see it ASAP. Any videos I upload stay hidden until I've made the thumbnail for them.

Gachikoi is a word that is some what similar to super fan. Gachikoi in holocure basically gives you a headstart by letting you begin a stage with character's skill at maxed lv

Skills maxed plus other bonuses. It's been a while since I looked at the details, though. But those with the right food can make any of the present stages pretty doable.

1:32:03 what's makes the synergy between that item and Anya even better is the fact that the awakened weapons special effect scales with pick up range

There is certainly a sort of "tier list" among the girls, but almost all can be enjoyable if you figure out how their style works from their skill kit. Like for some of the melee characters, you actually WANT to be hit and build with damage reduction, like Noel's breastplate, Band-Aid, Plushie, Hug Pillow... that stuff. For example, when you have that stuff on Gura, you find that her playstyle in motion resembles a shark! She has a skill that gives her a permanent 35% chance to dodge, making her invulnerable for 0.5 seconds and boosting her speed by a LOT. So with her natural HP steal (and maybe augments from Nurse Horns and/or the Bat Stamp), giving her those damage reduction items makes it so you play her by slicing directly into a crowd of enemies, then zipping around "eating" people... the buff doesn't last long, so she'll be slow unless you go all berserk feeding frenzy and actively attack enemies as quickly and savagely as possible. She can't do it very safely until you get her skills and items that help, but you understand as you build those things. And then playing with her at Gachikoi rank means you're using Gura as an offensive character 90% of the time!

Good job on the Hallucinated cheevo. Halu 5 is scary and you need a reliable build to survive that. You seem to have Anya down pat which was a joy to watch. I liked the way you used the slowdown from napping, moving just a bit regularly when the attack debuff got too bad.

@@JackiW That you did, I was afraid you'd grow frustrated trying to brute force one of the tougher stages in the game. (for now, I expect the update on friday to add another tough stage) That you're still going strong and are getting good is really fun to watch. I might have to give Anya another try, I never figured out how to do well with her though last video had some really solid discussion on her that gave me some great inspiration.

Anya is good for the not moving achievement, but Ceres Fauna is absolutely insane. In the game, her motif is basically "sentient tree." You NEVER have to move with her... just make sure you level up her skills first and very quickly, and invest in Pickup Range. If you can get her to all skills Lv3 and a Limiter, she's basically fucking Lavos from Chrono Trigger... she's just sucking energy out of the planet, becoming nigh invulnerable

With Anya, I find it best to limit knockback; which means you cannot level her weapon completely. Also some life steal is helpful. I find that mobs and bosses will drop anvils and boxes right on top of her.

As a side note, grinding money early on is better done with stage mode since, even with the extra time you can grind for in endless, stage mode has a coin multiplier given when you clear it. This changes later once your stats are high enough to reliably get Halu to 5 and afford to use grind-centric builds.

Finally did it this morning. Got the final achievement. Buckled down to finish off maybe 10 to 12 girls i had at silver or gold... finished with Ame on Endless stage 4. All set for the update now :3

Thank you for no spoilers! It's actually starting to amaze me how much I've been missing on the super collabs! One of these runs I'll find the correct set... That's why I got to experiment different combos. 😤

The "Planet Lady", like most of the "graduated" talents, still streams. (Mostly Arknight and the most recent was sonic/shadow generations) It's normally taboo but here they are ALOE Mano (not in Holocure but the "Headphones" are hers. RETIRED due to severe mental health issues. She is doing better now and does regularly does karaoke streams ) = @delutaya (basically "Delta") Kiryu Coco (she's coming in the next update) = @ksonONAIR Tsukumo Sana = @notnamie Uruha Rushia (FIRED and for good reasons. WILL NOT be coming to Holocure) = {REMOVED} Yozora Mel (FIRED, sort of.) = @HanamiyaRica Minato Aqua (retired) = @結城さくな Amelia Watson (not retired or fired she's more of an "independent contractor" now) = @dooby3d I did not include the girls from the (now defunct) China branch, because I haven't discovered their "new" channels. I also can't find "Hitomi Chris" (FIRED and not in Holocure)

that taboo is more idol culture reisdue and is going away...ESPECIALLY after certain vtuber companies ( cough wactor/nijisanji cough ) handling talents badly and slapping them with heavy NDA's so they can't even defend themselves mel is a interesting case too, she basicly fired herself....holo was willing to nudge on the nda situation for her and she said no I take responcibility.
