Every time an attack is undodge-able in undertale something happens/ that makes it dodge able or strait up attacks who did said attack. I guess undertale has a built-in anti-cheat and monsters know this.

yea it's one of my big complaints about this game. That's something the other revenge fangame I played did much better at, but overall this one was more polished and had higher quality... REGARDLESS both were extremely high effort games with a ton of potential. Edit: It wasn't actually that easy the attacks were so fast it was barely readable and I was from what I can tell probably at 1hp when I beat it. But it wasn't that hard either.
