Is there a scrolling back and forth color option of the lights on this pedal.? I have only one option that I’m noticing. Just a pulsating slow dimming and slow brightening option. I purchased the multi color type.

The new models use a sticker instead of magnets. It’s a light sensor and sticker reflects and shuts off

Mine didn't come with any magnets or instructions and some generic box, I feel ripped off.. Also how do tell when they are done charging? This is some IR sticker though, I wonder if that's to use instead of the magnets?

There's a green indicator light while it's charging. When fully charged the light goes out. I didn't receive instructions either, would have made things easier, no doubt! The IR sticker covers the sensor, same idea as the magnets.

The product i have you don't need a magnet for it to cut off mind has a sensor when it's covered it cuts off.

I’m guessing you don’t take off the back blue film mine didn’t come with instructions so I took off the back film and scratched up my car a bit I’m contacted them for exchange and will put a protective film on door sills before install.

Mine do not work unless I put a magnet over the sensor, so seems mine only come on if door is shut, nothing happens at all:(

No directions/instructions sent with the product. I cannot find any directions anywhere on how to use these, at all. Cheaply packaged, no magnets, and only one charging cap cover came in the box.

I installed these on my car. The infrared turns the lights off but when I open the door, the lights won't come back on. How do I fix this?

Yeah I got mine today and No Manual but like don't really need it. I'll say the backside doesn't look new at all and it looks like it might slip out if someone kicks it. Kind of looks tacky the LED but people have said they look awesome so yeah I'm not 100% happy but they're good enough and the kids love them. So I wouldn't write them off just wish they had care instructions. Battery came semi charged.

​@@downundabrothaYep, they absolutely can just slip out easily. Watched a mechanic kick it out, and he didn't even notice it. The rear door ones don't even fit my car so they definitely don't check the fit prior.

We have updated our LED Light Sill which does not require any magnets to auto turn on and off the lights. They come with infrared sensor which auto turn on and off the lights.

I still can't get it to SHUT OFF with the magnets, because they won't stay stuck to my doors, even with adhesive tape, it's maddening .

I had this issue with the LED door lights, as the adhesive wouldn't stick to the plastic door pocket. I ended up using 3M VHB tape, cleaning the surface with isopropanol first.

@@stanleymomys I actually got it to work, because it's not as hard as it seems, they go off when the doors close AUTOMATICALLY, thats all there is to it. They did not magnetize to my SL550 though. Had to tape them.

@@joesmith9216 They slide off my door sills as well. I keep my sills waxed, so looks like I'll have to strip the wax with dish soap. I don't want to tape them if I can avoid it.

The product is flimsy, cheap looking and it falls off very easily and in my car the passenger side won't shut off when you close the door even with the sensor tape. Don't waste your money. BTW you will never get a refund from them.
