Thank you for the review.. I use Bar keepers friend for the cleaning of my pots and pans and they come out completely stain free, just a thought. I have white pots and pans as well and they get dirty quick

For quick cooks, they're fine but if something has been on the stove for a while, I would be on the cautious side and use pot holders!

Hi there! Yes, the handles can get hot. There's a little bump on the handle to indicate where it's too hot to touch. If things get a little too hot, we recommend our linen pot holders for easier handling!
