lol that happened to my buddy. his rim tape was bad and he kept popping his tubes. we did not ride on it however.

Why not train w tubeless? Lower pressure. Fewer flats. Most self-sealing. Carry a tube, CO2 and core extractor just in case. Had all sorts of flats w my 25 tubed tires. None on my 32s tubeless after 3000 miles. One change of tires only due to obvious wear.
