one of my all time favorite shoes, its a shame they used to make so many more cool color variants of the fusion and the sabre and now its getting hard to find them, globe does still make them but limited variants.

Yo, Fusion and Sabre are LEGENDARY shoes. I rock 'em almost every day since 2012 and I own 4 pairs right now (2 Fusions + 2 Sabres and I'm about to buy some more soon). I love the chunky, oldschool style and beautiful colours they have, but what I noticed is Globe do not make 'em like they used to. Nowadays, the laces have less width and the overall volume of the shoe itself is much more narrow, especially in Fusion. It's obvious that Globe want to lower production costs by using lesser amount of materials. That really sucks but guess what! I will never stop buying Fusion and Sabre because of their unique construction (the tongue is attatched to the body of the shoe) and the oldschool look. I just pray they will keep making them and bring back all the color variants they used to produce back in the day.

hi bro, I have a question, I have the same globe and how do they generally hold on gluing, otherwise I have something slightly moving away from the sole, although they are only two months old and I don’t ride in them at all, Should I be worried, that they will fall apart, or am I just too worried about this?

Hey bro! i dont think you need to be too worried, I know these brands are very high quality shoes so as long as you are not climbing mountains or playing football or skating with them haha i think you should be fine. The old pair i had were only used to walk around in.. I never skated with them and i also made sure i gently washed them with warm water and a sponge.. never used any chemicals or paints on the shoes so they really lasted me over 6 years haha!

In my experience globes last longer then any other shoes. Nike comes half unglued anyway ...globe seems to have the best prices and by far the best quality control in my opinion...

Hey there, unfortunately no.. you'd have to get them half a size bigger for some reason. so if you wear an 8.5 you should get a 9

Im thinking of buying these shoes but i have to order them online so im not sure about the sizing. I have the Etnies lo cut 2 at 44EU but they fit kinda small. How do the Globes fit in relation to that? Are the insoles higher in the Globes? Im thinking of getting them at 44.5 but im not sure

ok for some weird reason they were slightly tighter coz of the fusion cup so youll want to get a size higher so in your case 45EU trust me coz i got them and they were really tight and i had bought the same size as the Globes before (Blue ones) and even here in the video you can see they look slightly smaller than the Blue globe fusions

@@chilloutrecords First of all, thank you for the feedback. Second, i want the shoes being tight in general, in a sense that they "hug" the foot. The issue is the margin between the toes and the end of the shoe. I checked the dimesnions and it says that at 44.5 its 29cm. It sounds pretty generous but are the shoes small in general compared to other sneakers?

@@EndlessDestiny7 no worries at all buddy :) ah right i see, hmm to be honest if you do look at the overall size and shape compared to the older variations, it does feel like they have cut down on the cushioning and padding hence making them lighter if thats what you mean? but overall quality is still pretty good.

haah yeah they "LOOK" thicc but trust me, they are very light! so if you want to skate with them, you won't have an issue BUT since they look so cool i prefer just to wear them for special occasions hehe
