T.Y. washed basket in sink little bottom where spring and plastic was got unhooked knew something wrong, very small WASHER part almost down the drain. Your video a life saver. Will be more careful when washing basket.

I just got this coffee maker today. I filled up the water reservoir and it is leaking water out of the bottom of the machine. Any suggestions? It's never been used
