Good review. Good looking locomotive with lots of detail. The tender connection works well in my experience. My older model with tender drive does have a firebox glow. Your loco runs well if a little noisy.Just a suggestion it might be worth checking the drive train gears. Best wishes Paul.

Hi Paul I hope you are well? It is a nice model I don't have an issue with the loco and tender connection it still still better than Bachmann one. It a hole in cab but no flickering firebox It off to margate for a mot Mite do an update video Thank you for watching and commenting and support Keep safe ARP

Nice review. The loco still seems to run fairly well and that tender connection works providing you keep the contacts clean and in good condition, it does at least allow easier handling of the model. Large tender loco's can be a bit of a pain to handle when tethered together. Stay safe, cheers Rob.
