I was gonna blast you on the salt thing, but I’m an office hero so tossing these in my drawer is 1000x better than going out, spending more and being less healthy. A+

There is actually a pretty good amount of salt in those adevture meals half a days intake

@@GeneralChurch Yeah same alot of the time and I love those adventure readys my point was I could easily survive off of one of those pouches and be fine for energy hiking however long with good water but I like to eat hahah I just order 9 pouches for my next camping trip

There is like more than 1000 mg of sodium per bag thats more than enough salt for half the day even hiking if not more the most important part is having water when hiking obviously salt is important but you are getting more than enough with 1000 mg thats half of your daily intake and that shouldn't really be the only thing you eat in a entire day anyway like i mean you will probably have multiple meals and stuff i know i take like 7 of those things with me on my camping trips just for convience but that said I loved the video ! Amazing scenery thanks for the great content
