REVIEW: Mountain House Yellow Curry, NEW for 2021! Freeze Dried with Rice and Chicken.

Hey guys, here is a taste test video for a new item for 2021 from Mountain House! It's a 5 star!
We want to thank everyone for the calls and E-mails asking how Epicenter is doing (since we haven't posted videos for some time). Epicenter is doing great, and we are excited to start doing videos again! We are really excited to have a full warehouse again after the supply shortages of 2020.

Wow! Thank you for such a nice comment. I'll be doing a little video going over crazy stuff from last year. Yep, more random photos and short videos will be included. John texted a while back. He has something for me - and I still have a gift for him (been wrapped since after his going away party) that didn't arrive in time. Then the virus hit... No one wanted to go anywhere or interact. Jenny couldn't make John's going away party (work related) but we will see here again I'm sure now that things are winding down. We see Jessica often. Her school shot down during the chaos. She is back in town and has a new job. Perhaps we can do a reunion video? Wow, wouldn't that be fun?

Yay yay YAY !!!!!! You guys are back! I have the curry and pad Thai put away but now I want to eat them LOL. I wanted to experiment myself with freeze drying take out thai/Chinese food.

I had a package of this and you flung a cravin' on me with your review. You're right! This is goood! Good curry flavor, tender chicken, and perfect rice. If someone wants it spicier, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper does the trick.

And I agree on the rice. When I do my own, it doesn't re-hydrate as well as it did in this MH dish. Wonder why.

Well, we tried a bunch of items. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't survive. They closed just before the outbreak. It will take some time to find the list of what I freeze dried from the Indian Restaurant. I know I have it, but can't find it right now.

I think that market is where the Yellow Curry came from. I tried getting some years ago - I was told "No Go".
