Review: MRE Tuscan Beef

John forgot his lunch today so we decided to try a new MRE Entree with him. This one is called Tuscan Beef. It's made by MRE Star.
We thought this entree teetered at about 3.5 stars. We would have likely given this entree a solid 4-stars except for the very overpowering flavor of Rosemary(?). We were pleased that the beef cubes don't taste like "processed beef." We thought there should be more Cannelini Beans, less Rosemary/Spices. This entree is more like a soup, and we think it would be a good winter, cold-weather MRE dish, but we would also recommend adding a side of Rice to the dish.

I Have Eaten Those Before (Learned To Freeze-Dry My Own)...This Goes Excellent On Top Of Salted White Rice or Salted Egg Noodles...That Helps To Calm Down The Robust Herbs For The Decerning Pallett...LOL

I adore your product and your family. You have such good employees and I really hope you can make powdered dolce de leche and panela. I'd love to save money and freeze dry it, ground it to powder and use it in small portions. It's just me and my fiancee. We totally need to freeze dry leftovers and bulk foods from the garden, eggs from our poultry, milk, cream and butter from our goats, cows, buffalo and sheep. I'd also love if you made super healthy homemade health bars and homemade supplements using the superfoods moringa, goji berries, acai, spirulina and apple cider vinegar. We need to freeze dry all of it to keep all the nutrients and make sure no adaptives are added. Your freeze dryer is my #1. Prep for food preservation. I'm saving up for atleast 5 more. God bless and thanks for making such a life saving prep...I was also wondering if it can preserve life saving insulin and antibiotics for family members who can't go without it if the grid goes down. I do love those Flip Cameras but both have dead pixels now. Compact and easy to handle... Will look for replacements.
