I have the Vicks V3100 humidifier. Does anyone have a unit with an open hole under the base of the unit. Water gushed out of the entire base on my floors. Water everywhere. Do you think something fell out of the bottom of the unit causing this hole? Your video is very good and easy to understand and follow. Hope you can do more videos. I will be subscribing to your channel. Thank you so much.

You need the filter I was having that problem and it was because I had no filter in it after I brought a filter I didn’t have that problem anymore

Yours is not sealed completely somewhere, it empties using water pressure, so retighten everything, and reset the filter and tray. Lay the tank in firmly and make sure it's sitting flush edge to edge all the way around. Without proper sealing it will leak.

Does this humidifier plug need power reducer or directly??

I'm not completely familiar with a power reducer and it's uses, but I definitely didn't use one and just plugged the humidifier in like normal.
