[REVIEW] Victorinox - ANGLER & FISHERMAN (Swiss Army Knives)

The Angler and the Fisherman are a blend of the Tinker Deluxe, except the latter doesn't come with the fish scaler (which to me is redundant). I've contacted Victorinox pledging them to produce a "Climber Deluxe", which would be a Deluxe Tinker with a corkscrew but obviously they didn't even reply. Between the Angler and the Fisherman, I'd choose the Angler because I really like the pliers.

There’s a fu Swiss Army knife ideas I wish they would make like I want scissors pliers wood saw and the screw driver and take out the bottle and can opener for the combo tool have the hook with the file like the compact has

Hmm... Pliers are a must when fishing but I can't imagine not bringing a dedicated pair in the tackle box. Scissors are handy for trimming line and lures, but you can get by with the blade and pliers. I guess I'd go with Deluxe Tinker so you get both. 😁

Yes Swiss Champ could be an option too but thicker and heavier of course.

Wow! You have an impressive collection? What is your daily knife? I love the Waiter and the Sportsman for daily carrying. And sometimes the Walker. Otherwise, in the outdoor, i have my Hiker or Huntsman with me. And a Mora Companion. Every spring or summer i have my vacation in the forest in the Ardèche, in the Combe Obscure. (With real ghosts!) A Victorinox is very handy there. Anyway, Greetings from the Netherlands!

My daily knife has been my custom for some months (video here : kzbin.info/www/bejne/mZbNdHaOfa2fsNE ) Otherwise I carry from time to time the Pioneer X or Climber or Huntsman ect... I also carry the Swiss Champ or a 111mm knife from Victorinox when I go hiking. Thanks for your feedback! Greetings from France!

The lack of scissors is a major loss, I have both, but always use the scissors when fishing. Nothing beats the workchamp, an iconic human invention💪💪💪🥰😆♥️♥️♥️
