The joy on your face when you filmed after day 1 makes me so happy! You have gotten me amped up to take this. I've scared of the split squats! Conversely, I've so ecstatic there aren't forward lunges. I'll take reverse lunges a million times over compared to front. I've gotten away from strength over the past few months as I've been focusing on running, but you might have rekindled my passion for strength. I'm ramping back up so my soreness doesn't do me in and then I'll jump into either Density 2 or RK's 3 day. Decisions, decisions....

I think the split squats might be worse for front lunges for me!! Andy really emphasizes to be careful about the weight though and actually be more on the lighter side for the split squats, which is interesting because he pushes you in every other exercise! but they are really hard. I would probably do RK 3 day split first!! just because it's only one week so you can try it out and then get into density training, now i feel like i just want to finish density training so I can try it! Either way you can't go wrong though!!

I finished this program last week and it really was one of the most effective programs I've ever done. It was super hard and not at all boring if you're lifting heavy enough. Day 3 is my fav class. I'll be starting RK's new 3 day split tomorrow.
