In Ryan's case, if he wants to switch out his parents for another editor or producer, then nothing changes. The parents are replaceable and probably get way more money than they should. You don't see video editors and cameramen with big ass mansions, but you do see popular rich actors. It's the same.

I’ve gotta be honest, if I had that much money I’d say to heck with taste too lol. I much prefer the pink houses and ocean creature tables compared to the weird all-white, no personality interiors a lot of celebrity homes have (and brands that really are just to flex). If you can make yourself happy with neon stairs and a rock wall for your kids, then I say good for them.

Honestly it's kinda heartwarming to see the kids in the first few houses able to have fun and embrace their childhood with stuff like games and dolphins and rock walls. Even the cringey pink house is such an innocent expression of doing what makes you happy when given the chance. This is what we all wanted as children at some point. I've not met these cats so maybe they're ok but cats DO get stressed in confined spaces with other cats, they are solitary and territorial animals.

i think the difference between a “dog room” and a “cat room” is that cats have to have litter boxes, so if you can build it into something stylish and functional (which i think piper’s family at least attempted to do) then you get bonus points. i think that is the main goal of the cat room. a shit room. dogs need to go outside so it doesn’t really make sense to have a dog room. this is coming from a cat person though so i’m biased
